CHICAGO, Feb. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TransUnion (NYSE:TRU) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the mobile division of RealNetworks, a strategic move designed to make mobile communications safer and more reliable for businesses and consumers.
