At the center of this new model is VantageScore® 4.0, which delivers three critical benefits: Greater access to loans for qualified homebuyers,Lower costs and more certain prices for lenders and homebuyers,Protection of the safety and soundness of the U.S. mortgage market and economy. “Consumers deserve a safe and cost-effective mortgage market and VantageScore supports these goals.
