insurance solutions, today announced the appointment of Kellen Booher as President and CEO. Booher succeeds CEO and Board Chair Marc Schmittlein, who announced his retirement last year. Kellen Booher Booher and Schmittlein have worked together closely for a year as part of a deliberate succession plan that reflects the company's continued focus on stability, service, and long-term growth. Booher joined CopperPoint in 2025 as President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for leading all field and operating functions and advancing the company's strategic priorities.
