TORONTO, March 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TRX Gold Corporation (TSX: TRX) (NYSE American: TRX) (the “Company” or “TRX Gold”) is pleased to announce preliminary results for Q2 20261 as well as a significantly improved capital structure following the exercise of share purchase warrants (“warrants”) of the Company during the quarter.
