presence of Toray Hong Kong managing director Teruo Funahashi and MAS Holdings CEO Suren Fernando. The JV will develop a new manufacturing facility within the upcoming MAS Apparel Park Bhuinpur in Odisha, India. Construction for the park started in March 2025 with the facility's operations projected to begin in early 2026. The new establishment is designed to serve existing and prospective clients in the area, fulfilling the increasing need for high-quality textile products. Toray's Funahashi said: “Toray MAS Apparel India will contribute to local employment and economic growth by manufacturing advanced, top-quality offerings.
