For the final three months of 2025, the fund's Retail Class shares gained 2.96%, topping the 2.03% advance of the Fidelity Balanced Hybrid Composite Index. The main driver of outperformance in Q4 was security selection among the fund's equity holdings, with picks in the information technology sector helping most. A non-Composite stake in SK Hynix (+82%) led the way, as shares rallied amid strong demand for its digital memory solutions which are sold out through 2026. As of year-end, the portfolio's bond allocations featured outsized exposure to asset-back securities, with lesser overweights in commercial mortgage-backed securities and U.S. Treasurys.
