SWORDS, Ireland--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Trane Technologies (NYSE: TT), a global climate innovator, announced that it has completed the acquisition of Stellar Energy Americas, Inc. (“Stellar Energy”), a leading provider of turnkey data center cooling solutions. The acquisition was previously announced on December 2, 2025.The acquisition strengthens Trane Technologies’ leadership in data center thermal management solutions, while accelerating growth, innovation and scale for Stellar Energy.
