in the nation — on Tuesday announced the hiring of a former Facebook executive as the company's new CEO. Matthew Henick, who serves as the senior vice president of consumer products at The Trade Desk, a California-based tech company with a multinational presence, was a vice president at Facebook parent company Meta earlier in his career, according to a Meow Wolf news release. He also once served as CEO of Deep Voodoo, a creative AI and visual effects studio founded by Trey Parker and Matt Stone of South Park fame. Henick will replace interim CEO Rebecca Campbell, a Meow Wolf board member hired in April 2025 to replace Jose Tolosa, who resigned. “The first time I walked through a Meow Wolf exhibition, I felt wonder and connection — to the art, to the strangers around me, and the artists who create these miracle places,” Henick said in a statement. “My job is to make sure millions more people get to feel that, whether they walk through our portals or encounter Meow Wolf in entirel
