America completion fluids—revenue in that business rose “well over 50%” year-over-year and completion fluids adjusted EBITDA margins improved 420 basis points to 33%, with Q4 completion fluids revenue of $83.7 million and a material increase in electrolyte shipments. Stronger cash flow and balance sheet: Base-business free cash flow totaled $83 million (above the $50M target), consolidated free cash flow was $33 million after Arkansas investments, net debt fell to $109 million and net leverage improved to 1.1x, while working capital declined nearly 20%. Progress on growth projects and 2026 outlook: Management is scaling an Arkansas bromine plant to 75 million pounds (target online Q4 2027 with interim third-party supply), advanced desalination (OASIS) commercialization amid large data-center demand, and expects Argentina revenue to roughly double in 2026 from new long-term contracts and electrolytes growth.
