(NASDAQ: TTMI), a leading global manufacturer of technology products, including mission systems, radio frequency (“RF”) components and RF microwave/microelectronic assemblies, and technologically advanced interconnect solutions, including printed circuit boards (“PCB”) and substrates, today announced that, after long and distinguished careers with TTM, Thomas Edman, the Company's former President and Chief Executive Officer and a current Class I member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”), and John Mayer, a current Class III member of the Board, will retire from the Board effective as of May 7, 2026, immediately following the Company's 2026 annual meeting of stockholders.
