Los Angeles, California, Dec. 15, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Twelve Seas Investment Company III(NASDAQ:TWLVU) (the “Company”) today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 17,250,000 units, including 2,250,000 units sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option. The offering was priced at $10.00 per unit, resulting in gross proceeds of $172,500,000. Of the proceeds received from the consummation of the initial public offering and a simultaneous private placement of units, $172,500,000 was placed in the Company’s trust account for the benefit of the Company’s public shareholders. The Company’s units began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market (“NASDAQ”) on December 12, 2025, under the ticker symbol “TWLVU.” Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share of the Company and one right to receive one tenth (1/10) of a Class A ordinary share upon the consummation of the Company’s initial business combination.
