Tri-County Financial Group, Inc. logo (PRNewsfoto/Tri-County Financial Group, Inc) Net income for the first quarter of 2026 was $4.5 million ($1.88 per share), compared to $2.6 million ($1.07 per share) during the first quarter of 2025, which is approximately a 73% increase. Net interest income was $13.7 million during the quarter ended March 31, 2026, compared to $11.6 million in the same period of 2025, an increase of 18%. Non-interest income was $4.1 million for the first quarter of 2026, an increase of $0.5 million, or 14%, compared to $3.6 million during the quarter ended March 31, 2025. Non-interest expense was $12.0 million during the quarter ended March 31, 2026, compared to $11.3 million for the first quarter of 2025, an increase of $0.7 million.
