Infrastructure Corp., has declared a monthly distribution of $0.475 per share, representing a 30% increase from the Fund's prior monthly distributions. This increase follows, and is a direct result of, the completion of the merger between Tortoise Sustainable and Social Impact Term Fund (NYSE:TEAF) and TYG, as previously announced.
