(NASDAQ: TYGO) ("Tigo", or the "Company"), a leading provider of intelligent solar and energy software solutions, today reported financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025, financial guidance for the first quarter ending March 31, 2026, and a full year 2026 outlook.Recent Financial and Operational HighlightsRevenue for the fourth quarter of 2025 of $30.0 million, up 73.8% compared to the fourth quarter of 2024.Income from operations for the fourth quarter of 2025 of $0.3 million, compared to an operating loss of $24.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2024.Net income for the fourth quarter of 2025 of $11.7 million, compared to a Net loss of $26.8 million in the fourth quarter of 2024.Basic earnings per common share (basic EPS) for the fourth quarter of 2025 of $0.17, compared to a loss per common share of $0.44 in the fourth quarter of 2024.Adjusted EBITDA for the fourth quarter of 2025 of $2.
