Solution has already processed 43,000 criminal cases since November 2019 PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) has announced a successful go-live with the Cook County, Illinois, criminal and juvenile courts for Tyler’s Odyssey Case Manager™ solution. This implementation is the second in a four-stage plan to roll out the Odyssey solution across the county.Since the launch of this phase of the project in November 2019, the Criminal Division of the Cook County Circuit Court has already achieved impressive results, including processing more than $1 million in payments and more than 43,000 cases using Odyssey, which is roughly 2,200 – 2,300 cases per week. Overall, the court has been able to reduce data entry duplication and improve accuracy through better integration with the police departments.
