Largest SaaS agreement to date for Tyler Technologies enables “virtual courthouse” with statewide e-filing and online access to justice PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tyler Technologies Inc. (NYSE: TYL) announced today that it has signed an agreement, valued at nearly $85 million over 10 years, with the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts (NCAOC) and North Carolina Judicial Branch for several products from Tyler’s Odyssey® suite, including Odyssey Case Manager™, Odyssey File & Serve™, and Odyssey Attorney Manager™. This agreement is Tyler’s largest ever software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreement and will be the largest statewide Odyssey implementation by population.In 2017, the North Carolina Commission on the Administration of Law & Justice (NCCALJ) conducted a comprehensive review of North Carolina’s court system and provided recommendations for improving the administration of justice.
