Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer — Jeffrey White Takeaways Net sales -- $389.2 million, declining 2.2% compared to the prior year fourth quarter. Same-store sales -- Decreased 6.8% on a 13-week comparable basis, with chemicals down 7.1% and equipment down 7.6%, reflecting demand weakness. Inventory reduction -- Year-end inventory was $208 million, a reduction of $26 million year over year and over $100 million over two years. Gross margin -- Rose to 38.6% from 36% in the prior year quarter, driven by improved vendor rebates and lower freight costs. SG&A expense -- Increased 50 basis points as a percentage of sales, primarily from higher store payroll to support peak selling periods. Impairment charges -- $184 million recorded, mainly due to goodwill impairment and partial impairment from announced store closures. Adjusted EBITDA -- $45.2 million compared to $43 million in the prior year quarter. Store closures -- 80 to 90 underperforming locations to be closed,
