disclosed a significant 11.5% ownership stake in the company and announced plans for a deeper partnership. The filing revealed that Uber acquired approximately 37.75 million shares. In addition to the major investment, Uber also outlined plans to buy at least 35,000 Lucid vehicles for a future global robotaxi network. This move was part of Lucid's broader $1.05 billion capital raise, which also received backing from Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF).
