GREENWICH, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. (NYSE: UBA and UBP), a real estate investment trust, today reported its operating results for the three and nine month periods ended July 31, 2019.Net income applicable to Class A Common and Common stockholders for the third quarter of fiscal 2019 was $7,270,000 or $0.19 per diluted Class A Common share and $0.17 per diluted Common share, compared to $5,579,000 or $0.15 per diluted Class A Common share and $0.13 per diluted Common share in last year’s third quarter. Net income attributable to Class A Common and Common stockholders for the first nine months of fiscal 2019 was $18,922,000 or $0.50 per diluted Class A Common share and $0.44 per diluted Common share, compared to $20,098,000 or $0.53 per diluted Class A Common share and $0.47 per diluted Common share in the first nine months of fiscal 2018.Funds from operations (“FFO”) for the third quarter of fiscal 2019 was $14,219,000 or $0.37 per diluted Class A Comm
