YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--United Community Financial Corp. (Company) (NASDAQ: UCFC), parent company of Home Savings Bank (Home Savings), announced today second quarter net income of $10.5 million, an increase of 9.9% compared to the second quarter of 2018.
