HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., Jan. 29, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- United-Guardian, Inc. (NASDAQ:UG) announced today that the company's Board of Directors, at its meeting on January 26, 2026, declared a cash dividend of $0.25 per share, to be paid on February 17, 2026, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 9, 2026. This will be the 31st consecutive year the company has paid a dividend. Donna Vigilante, President of United-Guardian, stated, “The company’s Board of Directors has decided to once again distribute a dividend of $0.25 per share to our stockholders, which is consistent with the dividend we paid last July.
