posted a GAAP net loss of $7.4 million ($0.45 per share) largely due to a non-cash intangible asset impairment that reduced EPS by about $0.57; adjusted EBITDA improved to $5.7 million (11.7% of sales). The Battery & Energy Products segment drove growth with revenue of $45.9 million (up 15.1%, or 9.5% organic excluding the Electrochem deal), and the company ended the quarter with a $110.2 million backlog (up 22%, ~58% of TTM sales) that management expects to ship mostly in 2026.
