Ulta Beauty has tapped Kristin Wolf to become the company's chief strategy and growth officer. In the role, Wolf will continue leading corporate strategy, development and new growth initiatives. Her scope will expand to “drive value creation” and support of the company's continued integration of AI, according to details shared with Retail Dive on Tuesday. Wolf has been at the company since 2019 and has led several initiatives at the beauty retailer, including the development of Conscious Beauty at Ulta Beauty, and contributed to the execution of the retailer's broader strategy, per the details. She most recently served as senior vice president of enterprise strategy and new growth at Ulta before her promotion. Prior to Ulta, Wolf worked in various leadership roles at Tyson Foods and Kraft Foods, as well as serving as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. “We've been incredibly fortunate to have Kristin on the Ulta Beauty team since 2019,” CEO Kecia Steelman said in a statement.
