UnitedHealth Group Inc, Anthem and Cigna jumped between 4% and 7%, and the healthcare index provided one of the biggest boosts among the 11 major S&P 500 sectors. Sanders’ embrace of a Medicare for all healthcare policy would have essentially abolished private insurance and had cast a shadow on healthcare stock
