BOSTON, December 29, 2025 BUSINESS WIRE )--instED, a leading mobile acute care provider, today announced the appointment of Don Stiffler as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective January 1, 2026. In his new role, Stiffler will guide instED's strategic growth as the company works to expand access to innovative acute care services delivered directly to patients' homes. Stiffler brings over 35 years of healthcare expertise to instED. Most recently, he served as Chief Growth and Transformation Officer at Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA), where he was responsible for strategy, product development, network and provider relations, clinical innovation and market expansion. As part of his executive leadership role at CCA, Stiffler also led the day-to-day management of instED and has served as the company's board chair for multiple terms.
