This significant technology upgrade spans eight outlets, 11 workstations, and 19 tablets, providing a flexible and guest-centric platform to support the hotel's diverse food and beverage operations. The move is part of Pan Pacific Hotels Group's strategic initiative to standardise POS technology across its international portfolio. The Infrasys POS system is already operational in 24 Pan Pacific locations across Asia and Africa, with the London property marking the group's first European implementation. Shiji POS sales director Jose Angel Alvarez Guixeras said: "Pan Pacific London is a property where guest expectations, service quality, and operational complexity are all exceptionally high. Infrasys POS delivers the flexibility, speed, and integrated reporting they need, while also providing a scalable platform that the entire Pan Pacific Hotels Group can build upon."
