SILVER SPRING, Md. March 12, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Urban One, Inc. (NASDAQ: UONEK and UONE, referred to as, "Urban One," the "Company", "we", "our" and/or "us") today reported its results for the three months ended December 31, 2025. For the three months ended December 31, 2025, net revenue was approximately $97.8 million, a decrease of 16.5% from the same period in 2024. The Company reported operating loss of approximately $54.0 million for the three months ended December 31, 2025, compared to operating loss of approximately $1.9 million for the three months ended December 31, 2024. Broadcast and digital operating income was approximately $23.8 million for the three months ended December 31, 2025, a decrease of 38.3% from the same period in 2024. Net loss was approximately $54.4 million or $(12.24) per share (basic) for the three months ended December 31, 2025, compared to net loss of $35.7 million or $(7.81) per share (basic) for the same period in 2024.
