Ultra Petroleum: A Deeper Look At Realised Prices And Opal Hub VolatilitySummaryOpal Hub pricing has been significantly affected by reduced capacity on Enbridge's Westcoast pipeline from Canada.When NW Pacific weather is cold, exports from that pipeline are reduced further due to Canadian demand.Ultra is benefiting from high Opal prices in Q4 2018 and Q1 2019, although hedges offset most of those gains.The outlook for Q2 2019 onwards is significantly weaker due to the expectation for high natural gas production levels and resolved pipeline issues.Ultra's share price incorporates that future outlook on natural gas prices. It could do decently if strip prices move up $0.50+ per Mcf from current levels though.
