First Quarter 2026 Highlights Total revenue of $3.985 billion, including rental revenue of $3.419 billion. Net income of $531 million, at a margin of 13.3%, which reflects a year-over-year increase of 20 basis points excluding the 2025 impact of the H&E merger termination benefit discussed below. GAAP diluted EPS of $8.43, and adjusted EPS of $9.71.
