Uranium Royalty to Raise $22.9M in Bought Deal Financing [MarketWatch]

The company said that it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters where in which they have agreed to purchase on a bought-deal basis 6.7 million common shares at a price of $3.40 a share. Advertisement Shares have been in green territory over the last 12 months, rising over 30% and closing at $3.58 on Thursday. Uranium Royalty intends to use the proceeds to fund future royalty acquisitions and purchases of physical uranium. The company said that it has also granted its underwriters the option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the offering to cover any over-allotments for a period of 30 days after the closing of the original offering.
