Edited Transcript of USAK earnings conference call or presentation 1-Nov-19 1:00pm GMT Turning to Slide #4. Trucking revenue before intersegment eliminations increased $6.8 million or 7.8% to $93.6 million for the third quarter of 2019. The majority of this increase was associated with the acquisition of Davis Transfer, completed in October of 2018. This represents a $2.5 million decrease year-over-year -- I'm sorry, our Trucking segment generated $0.1 million of adjusted operating income in the third quarter of 2019, which represents a $2.5 million decrease year-over-year. Our Trucking adjusted operating ratio for the quarter was 99.9%, which was a decline of 340 basis points year-over-year. Base revenue per available tractor per week decreased $273 or 8% year-over-year in the third quarter. Base revenue per loaded mile decreased $0.14 or 6.3% year-over-year for the third quarter.
