USA Rare Earth has agreed to acquire Serra Verde Group, owner of the Pela Ema rare earth mine and processing facility in Brazil. The deal extends USA Rare Earth's reach across mining, processing, separation, metallization, and magnet manufacturing. Phase 1a of commercial rare earth magnet production has been commissioned in Stillwater, Oklahoma, moving the company into active magnet output. Together, these steps advance USA Rare Earth's aim of a mine to magnet supply chain that is independent of Chinese rare earth sources. USA Rare Earth, trading on NasdaqGM:USAR, is gaining attention as it pushes ahead with both acquisition led growth and new production capacity.
