MALVERN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--USA Technologies, Inc. (OTC:USAT) (“USAT” or the “Company”), a cashless payments and software services company that provides end-to-end technology solutions for the self-service retail market, today announced that the 2020 annual meeting of shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) originally scheduled to be held on Thursday, April 30, 2020, has been postponed in order to allow time for the Company to update and distribute proxy materials that incorporate the terms of the previously announced agreement with Hudson Executive Capital. The Company is nominating Lisa P. Baird, Douglas G. Bergeron, Douglas L. Braunstein, Jacob Lamm, Donald W. Layden, Jr., Patricia A. Oelrich, Michael K. Passilla, Ellen Richey, Anne M. Smalling and Shannon S. Warren for election at the Annual Meeting.The Annual Meeting will now be held on May 21, 2020.
