Attorney's Office , District of Minnesota, where she was an assistant U.S. attorney. FINANCIAL SERVICES U.S. Bancorp , the Minneapolis-based parent company of U.S. Bank , announced that Toby Clements will become senior executive vice president and chief operations officer effective April 13. He succeeds Souheil Badran , who announced his retirement earlier this year. Clements came to U.S. Bank in 2017, serving as an executive officer in European operations. Most recently, he led the organization's client service centers. HEALTH CARE CaringBridge a Bloomington-based social network that helps people connect during a health journey, announced the appointment of Stephanie Schmid as chief executive officer. Schmid has served as interim CEO since October 2025; she previously served as CaringBridge's chief growth officer.
