With me today reviewing our Q3 highlights is CFO, Robert B. Anderson and Chief Credit Officer, William Turner who will provide an overview of the bank's performance, the highlights of which commence on Slide three. The 2025 continued to reflect disciplined financial performance across all key metrics, marking our third consecutive quarter of record fully diluted earnings per share. For the quarter ended 09/30/2025, the bank posted net income of $8.9 million or $0.45 per diluted share. Up from $6.9 million or $0.35 per share in 2024.
