SAN ANTONIO, March 18, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Usio, Inc. ("Usio" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: USIO), a leading Fintech company that operates a full stack of integrated, cloud-based electronic payment and embedded financial solutions, today announced financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2025. Louis Hoch, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Usio, said, "I am pleased to report another year of positive Adjusted EBITDA1 and Cash Flow from Operations on solid revenue growth. In addition, we increased total processing volume to $8.4 billion, up 19% compared to 2024. As anticipated, the second half of the year was much improved from the first half, especially the fourth quarter, where revenue was up a strong 8% compared to the same quarter of 2024, providing a nice tail wind into fiscal 2026.
