("USPH" or the "Company") (NYSE: USPH), a national operator of outpatient physical therapy clinics and provider of industrial injury prevention services, today reported results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2025. FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS Adjusted EBITDA , a non-Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ("GAAP") measure, was $19.5 million for the three months ended March 31, 2025 ("2025 First Quarter"), an increase of $2.8 million, or 16.5%, from $16.8 million in the three months ended March 31, 2024 ("2024 First Quarter") primarily driven by acquisitions since the prior year period and an increase in net patient revenue per visit. Net income attributable to USPH's shareholders ("USPH Net Income"), a GAAP measure, was $9.9 million for the 2025 First Quarter compared to $8.0 million in the 2024 First Quarter.
