SILVER SPRING, Md. & RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C., March 09, 2026 BUSINESS WIRE )--United Therapeutics Corporation (Nasdaq: UTHR ), a public benefit corporation, announced today that the company's Board of Directors has authorized a new stock repurchase program of up to $2 billion over the next year. In addition, the company entered into ASR agreements with Citibank, N.A. ( Citi ) today to implement an initial $1.5 billion ASR program. The remaining amount of up to $500 million will be available for additional repurchases in United Therapeutics' discretion, over a one-year period.
