This is an exciting day for both ASM and Energy Fuels, and we are very happy to be presenting to you today together on the announcement that we've had this morning of Energy Fuels' offer to acquire Australian Strategic Materials. We do have a disclaimer, which I would encourage you to read at your own leisure. And I'm going to go straight into what, for me, is a very exciting day as we are really delivering on what we've been working on here in ASM since we listed in mid-2020 to deliver on our mine-to-metal strategy. What we've got here with this transaction, we believe, is an opportunity in combination with Energy Fuels to deliver a near-term Western mine to metal and alloy rare earth champion.
