ORLANDO, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation (NYSE: VAC) (the “Company”) today announced that its Board of Directors increased its quarterly dividend to $0.80 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on or around January 7, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 24, 2025.In addition, the Board of Directors extended the Company’s share repurchase authorization through December 31, 2026.Share repurchases may be made through open-market purchases, privately negotiated transactions, block transactions, tender offers, or otherwise. The specific timing, amount, and other terms of the repurchases will depend on market conditions, corporate and regulatory requirements, contractual restrictions, and other factors.
