BROOKLYN, N.Y., March 13, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Voyager Acquisition Corporation (NASDAQ: “VACHU,” “VACH,” “VACHW”) (“Voyager” or the “Company”) held the general meeting on March 12, 2026 and approved the previously announced business combination (the “Business Combination”) with VERAXA Biotech AG (“VERAXA”). After the closing of the Business Combination, it is expected that the combined company will trade on Nasdaq under the new symbol (“VRXA”). As previously announced, holders of 25,217,315 of the Company's Class A ordinary shares (“Class A shares”) exercised their right to redeem their shares for a pro rata portion of the funds in the Company's trust account, reflecting redemptions of approximately 99.67% of the total Class A shares outstanding in connection with the completion of the Business Combination pursuant to the business combination agreement between the Company, VERAXA and the other parties thereto (the “Business Combination Agreement”).
