Colorado Springs Campus Appraised at $186 Million – a 46% Increase Above Cost COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Venu Holding Corporation (“VENU” or the “Company”) (NYSE American: VENU), the visionary owner, operator, and builder of upscale live music venues and premium hospitality destinations, announced today that it has initiated an independent nationwide real estate portfolio review performed by third party appraisers. The review includes the completed appraisal of the properties comprising the Company’s Colorado Springs, Colorado campus at $186 million, a $58 million (or 46%) increase above its cost basis as recorded on its balance sheet as of June 30, 2025. These appraisals used the cost basis, income, and comparable sales approaches to valuation and, after reconciliation, came to the appraised values of the properties.
