The property sold for $14 million resulting in a $6.2 million development profit.Referenced in a previous release [link], the 5.5-acre property is home to the primary parking structure that supports operations of the Pollstar-nominated Ford Amphitheater.Under the terms of the sale-leaseback agreement, VENU negotiated a one-time right to repurchase the property within the first three years at a fixed price which would return the asset to its balance sheet.
