Summary Despite the structural decline in the retail sector (thanks largely to disruptive effects from e-commerce), the resulting consolidation of the remaining market has ironically presented ADC with unique opportunities. A “pure-play” net lease retail REIT, ADC has greatly expanded and diversified its holdings across sectors (within retail), geographies, and specific corporate partnerships, lessening exposure to disruptive forces.
