MIAMI, FL, Oct. 29, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Veru Inc. (NASDAQ: VERU), a late clinical stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative medicines for the treatment of cardiometabolic and inflammatory diseases, announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock (or pre-funded warrants to purchase its common stock in lieu thereof) and in either case, accompanying Series A warrants and Series B warrants to purchase shares of its common stock. All securities to be sold in the proposed public offering will be offered by Veru. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. Veru intends to use the net proceeds from the proposed offering to fund the development of enobosarm, with a primary focus on Phase 2b PLATEAU clinical study activities.
