(“Village Farms” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: VFF) today announced that it has begun a succession planning process for its Chief Financial Officer Stephen (“Steve”) Ruffini. Mr. Ruffini will remain as CFO of the Company until a permanent replacement has been identified.
