ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Venture Global, Inc. (“Venture Global”) (NYSE: VG) has announced today that its board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.017 per share on its Class A common stock and Class B common stock. The dividend is payable on December 31, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 15, 2025.About Venture GlobalVenture Global is an American producer and exporter of low-cost U.S. liquefied natural gas (LNG) with over 100 MTPA of capacity in production, construction, or development.
