NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Via Transportation, Inc. (“Via”), a leading provider of technology to power public transit networks, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 10,714,285 shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $46.00 per share. Via is offering 7,142,857 shares of Class A common stock and the selling stockholders are offering 3,571,428 shares of Class A common stock.In addition, Via has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,607,142 shares of Class A common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.The shares of Class A common stock are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on September 12, 2025 under the ticker symbol “VIA.” The closing of the offering is expected to occur on September 15, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.Goldman Sachs & Co.
