GUANGZHOU, China, Jan. 02, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Viomi Technology Co., Ltd (“Viomi” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: VIOT), a leading technology company for home water solutions in China, today provided an update on its previously announced share repurchase program. On October 24, 2025, the Company’s board of directors approved a share repurchase program, under which the Company may repurchase up to US$20 million worth of its American depositary shares (ADSs), ending on December 31, 2027. As of December 31, 2025, the Company has repurchased approximately 1.02 million ADSs for a total of US$2.5 million under the program. Following these repurchases, approximately US$17.5 million remains available for future buybacks. The repurchases were funded using the Company’s existing cash reserves.
