NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Volt Information Sciences, Inc. (NYSE-AMERICAN:VISI) today announced that the company’s ticker symbol on the New York Stock Exchange will change to “VOLT” from “VISI”. Trading under the new ticker symbol will begin on Monday, September 9, 2019.Linda Perneau, Volt’s President and Chief Executive Officer, commented, “We are excited to have the opportunity to align our stock’s ticker symbol directly with the ‘Volt’ corporate brand, which will strengthen our visibility with public investors and provide consistent recognition across all our stakeholders.”No action is needed from Volt’s current stockholders relative to the ticker symbol change.
